BLESSED WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: - EPHESIANS 1:3

There is a powerful truth every believer must hold on to—it is the knowledge that you are already a blessed person. Our opening scripture says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:" (Ephesians 1:3). Notice the tense: "hath blessed". This means it is a completed work, not a promise. You are not waiting to be blessed, you are blessed already! The term "blessed" in our opening scripture means 'empowered to prosper'. Being blessed means carrying an environment of success and prosperity wherever you go.

This blessing is not something tangible like a car, house, or money. It is a spiritual empowerment within you, a force that produces those physical manifestations over time. Look at Jacob's story in the Bible. When Isaac blessed him, no material gift was given, yet something spiritual was imparted. Jacob left with nothing but a staff, yet years later, he testified of great prosperity. This demonstrates that the blessing is not physical wealth but a divine enablement to prosper. The same applies to you as a believer. You are blessed with all spiritual blessings. These blessings are the divine enablement that cause you to excel in life. They are working within you, even when they are not visible. The Bible says, "The blessing of the LORD, it MAKETH RICH, and he addeth no sorrow with it" (Proverbs 10:22). Take note—it maketh rich.

This means it's not the physical riches that are the blessing but the spiritual power that creates them. Many believers live as though they are not blessed because they lack this knowledge. The blessing works by consciousness. It's the awareness of being blessed that activates its power. This is why you must constantly remind yourself, "I am blessed!" Joseph prospered even as a slave in Potiphar's house because of the blessing. Potiphar recognized that everything prospered under Joseph's care and entrusted him with all his affairs. Similarly, Laban acknowledged that his wealth increased because of Jacob's presence. These men carried the consciousness of the blessing, and it worked for them wherever they went.

As a believer, you are one with Christ. The Bible says, "...he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit" (1 Corinthians 6:17). This union means His blessings are yours. Acknowledge this truth, and it will make your faith effective, just as the scripture says: "That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus" (Philemon 1:6). Stop seeking blessings and start living with the consciousness that you are already blessed. When you do, the blessings will manifest in every area of your life, pulling resources, people, and opportunities towards you.

Confession & Prayer

"I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ. I walk in the consciousness of this blessing, knowing it produces in me everything I need for life and godliness. I declare that I am empowered to prosper, and this blessing is evident in all I do, in Jesus' name. Amen."
