And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet - EXODUS 7:1

David received grace the moment Prophet Samuel ministered to him and anointed him. The moment David was anointed, he started reasoning differently. It wasn't the anointing that changed his reasoning; he chose to. Even before he was anointed, David had the mindset that those who were not circumcised were inferior. David read the law and knew what God said. He said to Goliath, one of the Israelites' greatest enemies, “...who is this uncircumcised Philistine...” (1 Samuel 17:26).

Grace requires the necessary mindset to produce the desired results. Then action follows. He did not just say, “...who is this uncircumcised Philistine...” and went to sleep. He said, “...I will go and fight him” (1 Samuel 17:32. GNB). This shows that capacity sits on these three elements: grace, mindset, and action.

If you constantly, with all the grace you have received, with all that you have learned, and with all the hands that have been laid on you, learn to see yourself the way God sees you, your life will be transformed. God told Moses, “...I have made thee a god to Pharaoh...” (Exodus 7:1). Moses knew he was an Israelite, but that knowledge alone could not deliver Israel from Egypt. There is a new image, a new self, a new personality, and a new relationship with yourself that you must have. Grace increases, but God expects us to upgrade our reasoning and the way we see ourselves.

How you see yourself will always affect how you see your world. If you see yourself as small as an ant, you will live in fear, like a chicken. But if you see yourself as a lion, challenges will appear as opportunities. Lions are not necessarily the biggest, tallest, or strongest, but their strength lies in their mental attitude. A lion sees every animal as food. I've seen lions run when multiple antelopes attack. I watched a leopard flee when over a hundred baboons attacked. So it's not that lions are the most powerful, it's that they SEE themselves as powerful and superior. How you see yourself directly affects how you act and the way you navigate your world.

Even how you dress shows your mindset. Careless dressing reflects a mind not aligned with purpose. If you carry the power of Christ, the mind of a winner, and the mind of a world-changer, it will reflect in your dressing, the way you arrange your room, your words, and your actions. As the Bible says, “...be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...” (Romans 12:2).

When you see yourself the way God sees you, everything about you changes—you begin to think, talk, and walk like someone destined for greatness. Refuse to see yourself small. See yourself as one destined for greatness, and you will walk in it, beginning from this moment!

Confession & Prayer

"Lord, let me see myself as You see me. Align my vision, mindset, and actions to rule and influence the world for Your glory, in Jesus' name. Amen."
