YOUR PLACE OF SAFETY

He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him - ECCLESIASTES 10:8

A man who is out of his place becomes vulnerable to attacks from the Devil. The Bible says, "...your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" (1 Peter 5:8). Satan can only reach you outside your place. The ministry God has called you into—is your security against sickness and attacks. Satan can easily reach you outside your place. Don't go and pick up unnecessary sickness. No one is too young to die. Young people, learn carefully. We've seen ministers, even pastors, pass away suddenly when outside their place of safety.

Satan does not fight his own. The Bible says, "...if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end" (Mark 3:26 AMP). Satan's children are far safer than God's children who are not in their place. Again, the people of the world are safer than God's people who are not in their place. I emphasize this: stay in your place. Your service to God is your security in these last days.

Don't be arrogant, ignorant or unwilling to serve God. Ministry is your safety. Ministry protects you. The Bible says, "...whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him" (Ecclesiastes 10:8). Do ministry. Stay in your place. Follow God through the platform He has given you. Humble yourself, because otherwise, you will be vulnerable to attacks that should not happen. God's call on your life is your safety. God's call on your life is your security. Stay in your place of service. The Bible says, "Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called" (1 Corinthians 7:20).

Being born again is not all there is. Satan will do everything to rubbish Christianity, bring shame to God's people, and disrupt their faith. Not being in your place makes it easy for the Devil to get at you. Even Satan acknowledged that Job was protected by God's hedge: "Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side?... (Job 1:10). So, no matter the business or activity you engage in, don't neglect your service to God. Continue to minister in choir, media, ushering, decorations, and attend cell meetings. Don't ever be too big or grown for these things. They're not only an opportunity for blessings but are also place of safety.

I speak these words every time, yet people often don't hear them. I am speaking to you now, emphasizing: don't bring unnecessary problems to yourself, or to your family by neglecting your service to God. Your family needs you. Let them enjoy you. Ministry is your safety. God can only protect you within His call on your life. You are not doing ministry for anyone but Him.

Confession & Prayer

"Dear Father, thank You for the revelation of my place in Your purpose. I choose to stay where You have called me, serving humbly and faithfully. I refuse to step out of my place of safety. My life, my health, and my destiny are secured in Your call. Thank You for the unusual protection and preservation I enjoy as I remain in Your will, in Jesus' name. Amen."
