If you are born again, you are more than a man. The Bible says, “if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”, (2 Corinthians 5:17). God recognizes the person you were before you came to Christ. And he calls that person a man. He says, “if any man come to Christ…” But in Christ, you become a new creature. The old things—the fears, the limitations, the ordinary ways of life—have passed away, and all things have become new.
You are no longer ordinary. You are born of God, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. The Scripture says, “which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:13).
As a new creature, your life is higher than the ordinary man. You are superior to the Devil and live in a different class. Jesus said, “these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them…” (Mark 16:17–18). You are not limited by the world or Satan.
Just as a wristwatch marked “water resistant” comes with a guarantee from its manufacturer, God guarantees His new creation. His name is on you. He has equipped you to live above ordinary limitations.
You carry the Helper inside you and are joined to Jesus in one spirit. As the Bible says, “…He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” (1 Corinthians 6:17). This is why you can walk in authority over sickness, demons, and every form of evil. If poison or danger affects you, it is because you have not fully realized who you are in Christ.
As a new creature, there is a divine mechanism inside you. You are empowered, protected, and equipped. You carry the authority and life of Christ within you. The Bible says, “…if God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31). Nothing can harm you when you truly know your identity in Him.
Walk in this reality today. Embrace your identity as a new creation. Exercise the gifts, authority, and power God has placed in you. Live above every limitation and every attack of the enemy. You are not just a man—you are a child of God, victorious in every area of your life, and equipped to manifest His glory wherever you go.
