The Bible says, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" (1 Timothy 4:1). There is a massive spirit of deception coming. All the while I've been praying about this, the only prayer in my heart—as I speak in tongues—I don't even have words to arrange it. I simply pray to align myself with God's will. The best thing to do is to speak in tongues. Speaking in tongues will align you so that you will be in the right place, at the right time, doing God's purpose.
People who walk by their senses will not survive. Do you know why? There are things that will happen, and they may look so bad that you will think it's the Devil. Because you don't know the voice of God and how He leads His children—because you have not understood the leading of the Holy Spirit—you will not be able to pick the signal in your spirit that God is working. You will think it's the Devil. There are also good things you will think are from God, yet they may trap you. Because they look good, you assume they are from God. You accept them, open your heart to them, and you are misled. So to judge by what you see and hear is risky. That is why I tell you: know the Holy Spirit. Speak in tongues regularly and intentionally to synchronize your spirit with God's will and purpose for your life. Remember, the Bible says "(for we walk by faith, not by sight:)" (2 Corinthians 5:7).
Do not be shaken by what is happening around you. You will hear things—some far away, some close to you, even in your own life—that may seem bad, and you will think it is the Devil, not realizing that God is shifting and changing things. Knowing the Word of God and the voice of the Holy Spirit is what will preserve you. Do not look around. The most difficult person to instruct is someone who has given up—someone who does not want to hear again. When a person shuts his heart and makes up his mind, he becomes difficult to help. There are stages: someone searching for solutions can still be counselled, but someone who has locked the door of his heart is hard to convince.
One thing is certain: as many as will listen will prosper. It will be clear. Many will walk away from the faith—pastors, ministers, individuals. But you must be intentional, because "...he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved" (Matthew 24:13). Your safety in this hour is not found in natural logic but in spiritual alignment. Prioritize the voice of the Spirit over the facts of your environment so that you are not among those who fall away, but among those who prosper in the centre of God's will.
